By downloading or using PillKit (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) The App
PillKit helps you organize a personal medicine kit. The App is provided “as is” and may change over time.
2) Medical disclaimer
PillKit does not provide medical advice. Always follow instructions from healthcare professionals and medication packaging. Expiry information and reminders are convenience features and may be inaccurate due to user input or device settings.
3) Subscriptions & billing
- Subscriptions are processed by Apple (In-App Purchases).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel in your device’s App Store subscription settings.
- If offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- “Restore Purchases” is available for users who reinstall or change devices.
4) Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or interfere with its normal operation.
5) Intellectual property
The App, including its design and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from your use of the App.
7) Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App if needed.
8) Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above.
