Common issues
- Export doesn’t work: CSV export is available for Pro users. Make sure you’re subscribed and try again.
- Scan limit reached: Free users have a monthly limit. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited scans.
- Wrong amount/date/category: You can edit any expense from the expense details screen.
- Restore purchases: Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases.
Subscription & billing
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple via your App Store account.
- To manage or cancel: iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- If Pro isn’t recognized, try “Restore purchases” and reopen the app.
Data & privacy
- Your expenses are stored on your device (unless you add cloud sync later).
- We may use receipt text to extract fields (merchant, date, total, category).
- Read the full details in the Privacy Policy.

- What you expected vs what happened
- (Optional) A screenshot — please avoid sensitive info if possible
